About Full-Day Istanbul Old City Tour
Indulge yourself on a journey through the Istanbul Old City on a full-day tour and visit the principal monuments from the Byzantine to the Ottoman Empires. After being picked up from your hotel, move to the Hippodrome, a site of major political life and sports activities in the course of the Roman and Byzantine Empires. Admire the last remaining monuments at the building, including the serpentine column from Delphi and the Obelisk from Egypt. Following, go to Hagia Sophia, one of the world’s major architectural masterpieces. Continue to the Blue Mosque to see Istanbul's old city’s image up close. After that, explore the narrow paths of the Grand Bazaar. Find adorning jewelry, souvenirs, leather works, and carpets in almost 4000 shops. Next up will be the Topkapi Palace, the former residence of the Ottoman Empire. After soaking in the beauty of the Topkapi Palace head over to the famous Sultan Tombs consisting of 5 tombs of the Ottoman Sultans.
